If you have a sweet-tooth, you’re in for a treat - Candytopia, a like-no-other candy museum, is coming to Atlanta! Described as an “interactive art installation,” Candytopia allows you to experience the vibrant colors and sugary flavors of candy in over a dozen environments. “From flying unicorn pigs to a marshmallow tsunami,” Candytopia will surpass any and all of your wildest candy dreams.  Only here for a limited time, the pop-up location at Lenox Marketplace will run from February 8th through June 2nd. And to keep with the sugary theme, I’ve included a list of 5 fun candy shops that can be found throughout metro Atlanta. 

Collier Candy Company: Located in Ponce City Market, this old-fashioned candy shop specializes in throwback sweets and hard-to-find treats.

Fuzziwig’s Candy Factory: The amusement parks of candy shops, Fuzziwig’s offers over 400 varieties of candy and hard-to-find specialty toys. Two local locations in Alpharetta and Cumming.

Lolli & Pops: A specialty candy-boutique with stores in both Perimeter and North Point Mall, their beautiful displays and wide-selection of local and international sweets makes Lolli & Pops a fun stop for both kids and adults. 

Lolli Bop Sweet Shop: Enjoy a milkshake or float from their ice cream counter while your kids stare in amazement at the candy chandelier and lollipop Ferris wheel. In addition to a large candy selection, Lolli Bop’s has has an in-house bakery with an endless display of colorful cookies, cakes, and cupcakes. 

Rocket Fizz: A soda-pop and candy shop with retro-flare, Rocket Fizz has four locations in the greater Atlanta area (Decatur, Suwanee, Marietta, and Newnan).
