From parades and races to live music and dance, there are plenty of ways for your family to join in on the St. Paddy’s Day fun.
Luck of Avalon: Friday, March 15th (6 pm – 10 pm). Live music (bagpipes included!), dancing and Irish flair will be featured at Alpharetta’s Avalon shopping pavilion.

St. Patrick’s Parade 5K: Saturday, March 16th (10 am start time). If you’re feeling extra festive, the 5th annual St. Patrick’s Parade 5K takes place before the parade. The race is open to all ages and the registration deadline is March 14th.
Shamrock ‘n Roll Roadrace: Saturday, March 16th (8:30 am to 11 am). Benfiting the Junior League of Atlanta, the 15th annual Shamrock ‘n Roll Roadrace offers a 5K, 10K, and a 1K kids race.
Shake Your Shamrock: Saturday, March 16th (6 pm to 9 pm). The Mall of Georgia is turning green! This family event will include Irish dance, bounce houses, giveaways, and vendor booths.
Children’s Museum of Atlanta: Sunday, March 17th (event times vary). Your kids can learn Irish dancing, go on an exciting scavenger hunt, or “eat a Georgia rainbow” at this year’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration at the Children’s Museum of Atlanta.
Atlanta Gladiators: Sunday, March 17th (3:05 pm). Not only will St. Patrick’s Day be celebrated at this Sunday afternoon game, but princesses will be in attendance for a fun and magical “Princess Day”.
